Shrimp and Avocado Appetizer
This is one of the easiest to make appetizer recipes. The flavors of shrimps along with the mayo and avocado gives it a buttery texture and taste.
Ingredients Required...
- 8 oz deveined, peeled and cooked shrimps
- ½ medium avocado, cut into 24 slices
- ½ large cucumber, de-seeded and cut into 24 slices
- 2 tbsp radish grated
- ¼ cup mint leaves
- ¼ cup low calorie mayonnaise
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
- ½ tsp soy sauce
Preparation...
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, wasabi paste and soy sauce until a thick and smooth paste is formed. Place cucumber slices on a dish and spread a small dollop of mayonnaise mixture on the cucumber slices. Now place avocado slices on the cucumber slices and then shrimps. Top the shrimps with grated radish and mint leaves. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before you serve the appetizer. |
